A little about me.

Hi!! I can’t wait to get to know you! First, here is a little about me.

I was born and raised on Cape Cod, MA and decided to head out on an adventure down south to ECU where I met my now husband of 8 years. After a 4 year stint in breathtaking Big Sky, MT, we settled down close to family here in Apex, NC.

We have three wild and energetic boys whom we love more than anything in the world.

I love to travel and explore with my favorite people, my family. We’re just getting into the craziness that is kids sports and I love watching my oldest two play hockey, T-ball and soccer on the weekends. We also love hiking and checking out all the local breweries so if you know of a good spot, let me know!

A little about a session with me.

I believe in having fun, loving hard and laughing together. These are the common feelings you’ll find documented as you browse my portfolio. My family sessions are laid back and child centered. I will give you gentle instruction and capture the moments as they happen within your unique family.

At each and every session, I’m on a mission to show you a reflection of the magic I see in your family. Like a mirror that you don’t always look at. There might be tears or tantrums or skinned knees but there are also hugs, and laughs and kisses. There are looks of admiration, pride and unconditional love. There are silly times and serious times and I’m there to capture it all.

You won’t hear me ask anyone to sit still and say cheese. If your kids are anything like mine, “sit still” is not in their vocabulary. Instead, your family will play, hug, laugh and connect during our sessions.
